Incompetent, cannot even manage to answer a phone.
When we first went in they were nice and did what they could to help my husband with a loan. Of course he made his payments, but the one time he wasn't able to pay one payment due to only having enough money to pay rent and bills, they threaten to take him to court, and he could go to jail. They were not understanding at all when we tried to explain that we had to put our rent and Bills first before the payment and that we just didn't have enough to pay it. He tried offering to pay it on the next payment, along with the payment he'd have to pay that next time to, but no. And also, we knew nothing about the interest, they have to tell you that before signing any papers, but they didn't tell us anything about that till after the papers were signed. If we had known about the interests and had known we'd be paying more back then we borrowed cause of that we wouldn't have taken the loan. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, they are not understanding at all and were rude after all this.
