Had to have our windshield replaced, very friendly technician, fast service, comfortable waiting area for myself and two kids. Everything was very well explained and I felt they went above and beyond!.
I just called for a quote. The 1 800 # and automated system is a joke. I wonder how much business they lost because of it. Not everyone will agree but so what. Everyone's entitled to their 2 cents.
I had a great experience going to this store for my windshield replacement. Joel was quick and did a good job. The waiting area had the necessities: coffee, tv and free WiFi.
Bad hours
This is my second Safelite experience and I'm now convinced they're the only place to consider for glass replacement. The drives side rear door glass on our Audi A3 broke when it was down inside the door. Shortly after dropping the car off we received a call that the glass was not broken, but the regulator was and would require a trip to a dealer. So the technician put the window back up, taped it in place and then, at my request, disconnected the switch so we couldn't accidentally lower it again. When we went back to pick up the car they wouldn't take any money, even though I wanted to pay them for their time. Amazing. Can't recommend them highly enough, very honest crew there.
