After my first appointment, my contacts and glasses prescriptions were changed and are both wrong, making my vision worse. Contacts don't fit after measurements were taken. Dr. Heck has awful people skills and came off as rude. My lenses were cut incorrectly and they "don't know when the new ones will be in" though I've already been waiting a month. When they first left a message saying that my contacts and glasses were ready for pickup, I drove all the way to Rhinelander for them to tell me there must have been a mix-up because neither were ready. I would never again waste my time here.
Kind, quick, and most importantly, competent help with my broken glasses.
