I rented a truck last week from U-Haul. They told me to verify if on Monday. I called Monday, no answer. I called Tuesday, no answer. I called Wednesday and they said they would work something out. On Thursday morning, they call me and said I have to travel 75 miles out of my way one way to pick a truck up. They said they would wave the additional miles. I then call Penske, the lady was very nice, gave me my information and gave me a guarantee that a truck would be in Rhinelander Wisconsin on August 7 at 8:00 a.m. I asked how they can do they, see told me. I would recommend Penske Truck rental any time any place The little extra monies is made up for with unlimited mileage. I am also going to find the "U-Haul" website and give them some free advertisement.
