The next item was a custom legend double axle 14x7 enclosed trailer that was actually in worse shape than when I dropped it off. Every panel on the trailer including the fenders had patches of residue from what ever the hell they sprayed on it, soap, cleaner, wax, I don't know. Also, they must have run it through their automatic wash in which it was obviously too big because now I have TWO CUSTOM GOUGE MARKS running the entire length of the right side of my trailer!! They didn't even polish the custom wheels or put Armor All on the tires...oh yes that "polish job" cost me $50.00 and a migraine !

First of all, I paid $150 for a detail job that included interior & exterior work on a nearly brand new luxury vehicle. Upon inspection, they failed to close the front hood correctly, there was still wax on the roof & hood, and the interior had at least 6 places that were still visibly dirty. (Dirty... meaning I don't drink, eat, smoke or have animals in the car and it has never seen a winter-so not terribly dirty.) They couldn't even get the easy stuff cleaned!

Don't go here! D+ C- at best. Take your vehicle across the street to the automatic car wash and vacuum it yourself. Your results will be less expensive, faster and higher quality. The quality of their workmanship is very sloppy. I have been detailing vehicles for 30 years and you should never have to pick up your vehicle from getting detailed and still have to fix it.
So what's it good for? If your vehicle hasn't been washed in a year and you pay DetailPros to do it "it will look better". Or, if your in-laws come into town from down south and you want to get the salt off just the "top" of their vehicle, I recommend DetailPros because no one gives a sh...t about your in-law's vehicle. Lastly, if you keep the inside of your vehicle like a pig pen, you know...let your lap pets ride in the car, smoke in the car or eat take out Mexican food in the car then DetailPros are probably able to make small improvements to your vehicle.
