When they were still Charter they REFUSED TO HONOR A WRITTEN CONTRACT. I REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WRITTEN CONTRACTS. THEY REPEATEDLY COME TO MY HOUSE AND HARASS ME TRYING TO GET ME TO SIGN UP FOR SERVICE AGAIN. NEXT TIME THEY SHOW UP, I WILL CALL AND REPORT THEM FOR HARASSMENT. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!! WHAT PART OF NO! CAN'T THEY UNDERSTAND!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had Charter at our previous home, located about 2 miles away. Our new house does not have Charter/Spectrum available. Besides satellite, our only option is Frontier for both phone and internet. Let me say this, anyone complaining about Spectrum should suffer having Frontier service. I miss Charter. I want Spectrum service. Please expand your service area to my home! I cannot do a home business without reliable internet and what we have now cannot be called reliable in any way. Everyone in one in our area feels the same, and there are a lot of us. I kid you not, I literally cry over this issue.
Priced way beyond any comparable services. If you want a basic TV package with a standard recording box and any internet the price is at least $115/month. I pay one half that at my other residence. And this if you can get them to install the service for $79. Really. If you are smart, you can pay less than half these fees even in Minocqua WI.
Went in to pay my bill and the women named "Mary Jane" just took my money in full and didnt offer me change. Now i have money in my account that I needed to pay my other bills to. Charter is a joke. I asked for change back and she said it was too late. Im calling corporate tomorrow. This is ridiculous
Auto pay doesn't work. They take money out whenever they feel like it. Internet speed went down but my prices went up. They tell me I'm over due but then couple days later I have a credit. I have plenty money on my account and I can prove it but it tells me insufficient funds
