Went in to get information on combining two separate plans into one. We waited 15-20 minutes (as to be expected -we weren't upset at all). Got to work with Ian. He was fantastic. He laid out all the details we needed and were very pleased with him. Can now say I understand my bill.
My fiancé and I came in half a hour before closing, we bought two brand new phones and all sorts of unexpected accessories. Our phones weren’t cooperating with data transfer and Kayla did an awesome job of making sure everything worked and we were happy. She had a super fun personality and took really good care of us. On top of of that she helped save us money we didn’t even know we could save. She seems very knowledgeable and thoughtful while doing her job. This is the kind of phone experience people don’t hear of enough. Thanks so much Kayla, they’re lucky to have you!

This is the worst place to get a verizon phone, they dont do as you tell them to transfer in your lines with a promotion to pay off your phones so i had to spend $350 and i was under the thought i was getting a prepaid card and now i was told by the corporate im not getting anything now!! The women that did this was emily!!!!
