I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for my 2016 Nissan Versa. I was told that it would take 1 hour. While waiting I was heavily pressured by a salesman to buy a new car even after I repeatedly refused. Further, they took 2 hours to do a 45 minute job and charged me for 2 hours of labor. I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership unless fixing something under warranty.
Great BRAND NEW State of the Art Facility...very friendly staff. Lots of inventory, great deals on new Nissan vehicles and all brands of used. I liked it so much, I went to work here!!!
Worst service I have ever received. I have it in writing that I would buy a car if they fixed xyz and have been in twice now only to have nothing fixed whatsoever. When I said my car still whistles the salesman said to "turn my radio up." I will be sure to tell everyone I know to not waste their time or money them Take your business elsewhere.
