I had an excellent experience with your service department on Monday, 5/22. I called in the morning, and the department was able to get me an appointment same day, which is what I needed. Then, it was raining when I arrived, so Scott in the service department offered to give me a ride back to my office several blocks away so that I wouldn't have to walk in the rain. He called me after my car was ready, and then came and picked me up. That was some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. Thank you!
We are on our second Toyota Sienna, our first being a 2006, which I now drive. We've upgraded my wife to a 2013, and we just love it! Rhinelander Toyota is a great place to go when you are looking for a great vehicle and caring customer service.
service is beyond terrible. it is so bad Toyota paid me $1000 to buy a new car. had a issue, talked to service manager. he gave me the biggest line of bull on how competitively priced they are. latest example, get transfer case oil changed. $250 there. $160 at a different dealer.
sales side. bought a car had to wait 2 hours for them to make a key. was going to buy another car, but they wouldn't price match it with the same options. bought the same car at a different dealership $388 cheaper.
I was able to get in here for a last minute oil change the same day I called. The service was top notch and very reasonable for a synthetic oil change. Will definitely return when in the area.
