Friday's beer battered haddock and pike were very good. Tasty potato pancakes had lots of onion. Nothing was greasy or heavily breaded. Thick, yummy, creamy chicken soup with dumplings and big pieces of chicken.
Exactly what you'd expect from a "Ma & Pa" place. Great food and lots of it and fair prices. Nice little place!
Great Friday fish fry and awesome staff. The owners are very personable and funny. Will come here again the next time we're up in the Rhinelander area.

Inauspiciously located attached to a Shell station. Cozy with maybe a dozen tables and friendly, happy staff. At 2 PM, we were promptly served our hot food.
Wow is all! The fish fry is amazing but not to be outdone by the fantastic staff and owner! The Haddock and Pike beer battered were fantastic with delicious potato pancakes, cole slaw, and homemade tartar sauce! Grabbed a t-shirt for the wife and left with a full belly but not before getting a photo with the very personable and hilarious owner! Highly recommend the Friday fish fry!
Wow is all! Absolutely fantastic fish fry! Haddock and Pike were phenomenal with homemade tartar sauce and cole slaw. Famous potato pancakes did not disappoint! Meet the owner whom was as nice a guy as you'll ever meet! Highly suggest trying this quaint little diner with a million dollar menu!
