Unfortunately I had to lower my rating. There seems to be a lot of under-trained young staff, with poor customer service skills. I understand they are still learning. Perhaps they should have been trained longer.
Growing up, this was a great place to stop in the middle of summer. My brother, some friends, and I would ask our parents for some money to bike over and get some ice cream. Nowadays it is one of the few places I can find a decently spicy meal (Flamethrower burger) while still being a place I can swing in, get ice cream, and by back on the road in minutes. Inside there is the standard issue with a fast food restaurant where it can be a bit difficult to find a clean table, but that isn't worth decreasing the rating.
Good place for a quick bite. Some menu items are too expensive though.
Normally love going to this location but after the food we received last time don't plan to go back anytime soon. Special on 4 piece chicken strip basket sounds great but we ordered 2 of them and were very disappointed. My son pointed out they advertise nugget free zone, 3 of our 8 strips were the size of nuggets, I understand there will be some smaller pieces they need to use but then you need to put more of them in the box, tried doing survey from receipt and would not let me, not impressed at all.
I felt compelled to give this one a review after the one in Menomonie.
Love eating here. This time though my cherry slushy was more like cough syrup flavor. Think maybe someone new made it so just threw it away n left. Other than this one bad experience that happens anywhere it's a great clean place to take the family
