If I could give a zero I would. I have been going here off and on for over ten years and they are still a bunch of rude bitches. Heaven forbid you ask them a question. Most aren't even cosmetologist. I perfer to go to Duluth, or Wausau. Only go here in a pinch. Don't dare walk in their with out your card. They will give you a hard time if they have to call corporate to get your card number. They eyeball you like you don't have a hair liscense if you don't walk in looking the part. I told a Cosmo Prof in Milwaukee how rude they are up here. The cashier said your not the first we have heard it from. Don't go here.
